Ribs look a bit soggy…need to crisp that up on the grill or a broiler. It would look better crisped up and center plated. Fries are hard to “plate” nice, but it looks out of place with the rest of the dish. I read your description of the sauce in a different comment and it sounds delicious

Aside from the ribs, which has been addressed, I would like to see the fries in a dish that’s a tiny bit taller and more slender to add some height.
Possibly, some sort of small side of greens to fill the empty space and add a little more color.
