I love the crab salad; compact, yet doesn’t look too scant and the colors in the garnish placement are well balanced. I also really like the foie plate components. The compressed/gelled stone fruit looks appealing and visually impressive. And the implied flavor combination in my mind is enticing. I might recommend tightening up the elements on the foie plate just to get a little more vertical dimension and visual impact, as is demonstrated on the crab. Overall though I think the details are all well executed, creative, and inviting.

The first is a nicely balanced plate, the second is odd. Why the lettuce? Love the stone fruit idea though, could really work with a better pairing.
