Well plated, interesting flavors with contrasting but complimentary flavors, and cool ingredients! Well done. Well hopefully the steak isn’t well done as medium rare sounds perfect.
Steak looks nicely cooked. The pink color on the cauli is a little weird and brain like. Sweet potato puree looks smooth, but I’d probably do a bit more cuz I’m a glutton. Me personally, I might break the crisp up a bit as it hides the nice char on the steak. I would definitely still put all of that in my mouth.
Yeesh. Honestly this looks like a mess and needs some green or something to brighten it up. Overall looks very messy and unappetizing.
