Oh my goodness, you’re speaking my language! That is so creative and u have incorporated different flavors and textures w the candied walnuts. Beautiful dish!

Why though? Why not just keep it simple? Plate is so busy

Plate it on a grilled PB Sandwish to unlock the 6th and final iteration : “The King”
In all seriousness: I’m a banana fan & this looks fantastic

Reading only the title I did not expect this plate to appear so nice. I expected a very busy mess. This looks awesome.

JTFC. I wanna remark on the plating but donโt feel confident the aesthetics can match the pure flavor bomb this is anyways. Well done.

A fresh dog turd, and an old white dog turd.
Fun fact, you don’t typically see white dog turds anymore in many nations, because they changed the dog food recipe.
Old dog food was chocked full of so much undigestable bone meal, that when their turds would dry out, the bone meal/calcium would remain and turn the turd white as it dried out.
The middle thing of the middle thing even looks like a dogs cornhole.
I’m sorry, I’d love to eat this, but that is just what I saw.

If itโs bananas 5 ways, I want to see 5 main elements on the plate. Right now I see 3. But it looks delicious.

โChef, the guy on table forty one would love to try this, but heโs allergic to bananas. I told him youโd be able to make it work.โ

Thereโs too much food so the plating looks off. I would cut the logs into squares and only put 1 small square of each. Also some bright red or green would really make this pop. Raspberry reduction and a mint leaf or something.

The candied walnuts sound delicious, but appearance wise, I think they may detract from the dish.
I would suggest a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce for the cake, and one of white chocolate for the mousse.
