Wow this plating reminds me so much of space! Overall it looks incredible. If you have the time I would try plating in a way to have the lemon tart look like the rings of the orange looking planet. I just think it would be fun to lean into a space theme.
But overall incredible unique dish that makes eating look fun! This is so hard to accomplish! Great work!
