My big stack of cheese arrived today…each can is 30 ounces.

I’ll be opening the Viking in Red Pepper & Garlic soon….the others will wait.

    Please explain how this cheese works. I’ve mebeer seen it, or any cheese in a can. What do you eat it with? What’s the texture?

    I work with folks from WA, who kept raving about this cheese. So I ordered 3 cans. THREE. Cougar Gold, Viking, and Smoked. And I live alone. These cans are massive and they’re aging in my fridge 😆

    I want to see what the cheese looks like. I’ve seen the can several times, but my mind only conjures cheese sauce.
