Dinner August 18, 2025Inspired by a dish I ate at Del’s in Tucumcari last weekend. This is chicken crispitos. A chicken taquito in a flour tortilla, with green bell pepper and cheese. Smothered in cream gravy and green chile.
Dinner August 18, 2025First Sunday off in ages so i had to make roast dinner. Finally made Yorkshires that actually looked good and not like scones. Made gravy with the chicken juice obvs it was incredible
