1500 Calorie Diet March 20, 2023Tonight’s dinner – at least 4 portions made so lunch sorted for a few days too. Meatballs for 3 people, pasta for two, an entire cabbage, lots of peas and tinned tomato and some left over corn. Enjoying eating all my favourite foods but padded out with veggies. 24lbs down 😊
