1500 Calorie Diet April 11, 2023Portion control is so important. I really wanted sausage biscuits for breakfast (Southern problems). So I used biscuit mix made with water and my favorite sausage patties. And even with my giant tea latte it comes in at 435 cal, and hits my protein and carb goals.
