1500 Calorie Diet May 31, 2023M/34/6’2″ [220lbs > 180lbs] (18 months) Been hovering around 1600 a day for about a year and a half. Very happy with the progress! Cut way down on drinking. Exercising and only cheating on the weekends. Proportioned meals are a big help and only keeping healthy snacks at home (mostly carrots).
