    Amazing! You found the secret that I also found helped – find a healthy snack you love and keep it around. Mine was mini cucumbers mixed with spices and a lil balsamic glaze!

    By cheating on the weekends what do you mean? Like you ate 1800 instead of 1600, or just went all out?

    I weighed 230 start of the year and Im down to 217 following a 1700 calorie diet. I cheat one day out of the week, usually Sunday, were I eat about 2500. I haven’t lost a pound in about two weeks now, which is fine because i do weight lifting workouts. I’m hoping its muscle gains lol

    I was just curious as to how your cheat days were, see if it’ll get me to my goals even if I continue to cheat.

  7. Excellent job, and thanks for posting. How did you break out your meals? For example, was it four 400 calorie meals or a different kind of split?

  8. Congrats on your progress, seriously impressive stuff. I’m also 6-2 and a similar age. At my fattest was 238, added in weight training at ~190 and am now (hopefully!) recomping between 190 and 195.

    About to embark on a cut though.

    Helpful after photo – gives me a sense of very roughly what I might look like if I lose another 10-15lbs of fat. You look great and my reaction was, ‘That is worth getting to.’
