1200 Calorie Diet October 17, 2025My day yesterday ( plus a snack not pictured) I know yll heard of shrimp and grits. But have u heard of SCALLOPS AND GRITS? yum. Also don’t sleep on Saurkraut (it’s so good for digestion). My new fave thing is that green avocado and yogurt dressing/dip.
