400 grams of frozen strawberries. 500 g of strawberries on top. 15 g bone broth protein powder. flav drops (butter biscuit + chocolate). 500 mg of vitamin C, my friends.

no criticism – I strongly suggest to stay away from grains if you can't consume many calories per day (better if everyone one this planet would stay away from grains). every time I prepare this meal, I think of some meals that get posted here that, although very very delicious, are very high in calories compared to how much is on the plate. do whatever makes you happy, but I am sure that most people here would have an easier life.

this doesn't keep me full, I'm a guy with like 2500 maintanence, but don't tell me that this wouldn't keep some of you 5'0 users full for several hours.
