Dinner November 24, 20258 hours today: Homemade broth to matzo ball soup. used a rotisserie chicken carcass and veggies for the broth, then made matzo balls and cooked some noodles i had on hand.
Dinner November 24, 2025Hosted my first dinner party- steak au poivre with broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes, spring salad mix with a roasted lemon vinaigrette pomegranate seeds and toasted pecans, carrot and ginger bisque, lemon honey ricotta crostini, and poached pears with sticky toffee pudding and crème anglaise
