We’re on an Indian food kick, and my partner and I decided to try making Paneer. From a gallon of whole milk to this delicious plate of pan fried Paneer cubes, we did it! Then I cooked it into Shahi Paneer which I’ve also included a photo of. The texture was perfect… Firm but also soft, not rubbery at all. Squeaked a little bit when you bit into it. I’m so proud of us for doing this on the first try, and really wanted to share!
