We got a super funky (for me) epoisses, a 2-4 year aged Gouda (that’s how it was listed) with some cool crystals, a Danish blue, a drunken goat, some kind of basque cheese, a manchego, and some cloth bound cheddar called Flory’s Truckle. I don’t know how we’re going to eat all this…
