Kinda looks like someone hacked some shit up for like 5 minutes with 2 real good chest nuggets in there. Then, for whatever reason they covered it in trash and some canned mushrooms.

It is the twenty first century, who is using “Oriental” in descriptions?
Second this would look a lot less unappealing if the sauce looked thicker and more deliberately applied. Right now it looks off putting.
