A Canadian series that is essential viewing for any cheese lover. I believe it is available on Amazon and other streaming platforms outside Canada. Give it a watch – you won’t regret it. It’s only six one hour episodes covering Switzerland, France, Greece and then three Canadian provinces (BC, Quebec and Toronto, Ontario). Afrim Pristine, the world’s youngest Maitre Fromager (cheese master) is the host and is quite good.
