
Chefs, i’m just a home cook who’s been trying to step up my game recently. This is a Sous Vide Duck Breast, Beet Puree, Charred Leeks, Shallots and Mandarin Oranges. Homemade Chili Oil in the Shallots and fried up some more shallots for a crispy element (on top of the Leeks). The sauce is a Blackberry Balsamic Reduction. Constructive criticism welcome!
