



I’ve only tried brie once before, but I’ve never had this brand of cheese so I don’t know the difference between good and bad brie. The mold or outer layer on the top surface looked like parchment paper folded over at first. I smelled it and it had a weird smell, different than the smell of my previous wheel of brie. The brown spots concern me a bit. I haven’t tasted it because I’m a bit paranoid that it’ll make me sick. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
