Hey there, looking for some help. Been perusing old threads on here, trying to buy 3-4 artisan-level brie cheeses for my wife for Valentine’s Day, but was a bit disheartened to see the finest of the finest brie is actually…illegal in America. Because it’s uncultured.

I came across one post recommending Cowgirl Creamery, and found something called [The Ultimate Cowgirl Experience](https://cowgirlcreamery.com/products/the-ultimate-cowgirl-experience), which is perfect…except for the price. $150 + $15 shipping is a lot for six cheeses (or is it? I admit I’m new to artisan cheese.)

Are there any other budget friendly options for really good brie that isn’t too expensive? Gotta be something that ships to the US. Or is Cowgirl actually a good value for what it is? Should I go with that?

As a baseline, she really likes Trader Joes’ Double Cream French Brie, but that’s about as exotic as we get at the moment, looking to elevate her brie experience.

Thanks for any help!
