Looks great; Would devour, but two observations:
It appears to look like a lot of fat around the rim of the plate, unless that’s a sauce – either way, looks broken. Also, the short rib could use a bit of glaze.

Wash the startch out of those ribbons, theyll look much better white! Clean oil at around 275 degrees. Wash the starch out,
