
Fiore Sardo half wheel, and Pecorino Toscano wheel. I completely forgot that I was advised to cure them with vinegar/salt before cutting into the FSardo. Could I still clean them?
Also, what are your tips to make them last longer besides cleaning them? Should I remove the rinds before vacuum sealing them, and what should I do with the rind?
I’m so excited! I’m looking forward to eating it all.😭
