Ok guys, I tried the mystery cheese. It was honestly pretty terrible. It had a a medium-firm texture, and It had a sharp, metallic taste, and had a sharp acidity to it that made it difficult to eat. Afterwards it had an aftertaste that was exactly like vomit. 0/10, would not recommend.
