If 1500isplenty is having a cookout, what calorie and taste conscious things are you bringing? Chicken with coleslaw and 2 biscuits for 508 calories is my contribution

Watermelon salad (watermelon, feta, fresh mint, lots of black pepper and a little salt.) It goes really well with kebabs or chicken from the grill!
Otherwise, a fresh zingy salad with tomatoes, mango/papaya, red onion, lime juice, whatever you like. This goes super well with fish or even with these awesome sriracha chickpea veggie burgers I found the recipe for a few years back.

The easiest thing I would bring to a cookout is a cut up watermelon.
Cut up raw watermelon is pretty low cal and refreshing.
It is low carb enough that I will still eat watermelon as a now and then food.

Imma go hunt down some of those strawberries and cream Dr Pepper zero sugars, bring a huge dish of air fried lemon asparagus, and I’ll also throw in some bison pepperoni sticks because yum.

I would either bring my cauliflower and curry chicken stir fry which is 540 calories or my avocado chicken wrap for 380 calories!
Both are my all time favs, even though the avocado chicken wrap does acquire more time since I make the chia seed wraps myself.
