Yesterday was rough. Had to travel with my sister to the hospital at like 4am, only having about 3 hrs sleep. Stayed there 4 hours and haphazardly filled my plate at the breakfast bar bc I’m awkward. Had to get to work soon as I got home. Had a mini snack binge in the afternoon but pulled myself together by the evening after 40 mins of cardio 🥲 not pictured: mandarin and granola bar

    That dinner and breakfast looks sooo good. I love grits way more than oatmeal tbh

    Cooked food has a higher calories count. No way that minced beef is 130kcal. It’s greasy, I can tell by the pictures. That’s more than that
