Scallops seared in duck fat and saffron risotto (homechef)

I had this meal at a restaurant lately and wanted to recreate it because making *fancy* weekend meals is a great hobby for me. I’ve made scallops about a dozen times and risotto only a couple. Would very much love feedback!!!!!
