I don’t know much about goat cheeses, but I found something at my grocery store I *really* ended up liking.
It was by a brand called Mitica (Spain?) and the variety was named “smokin’ goat.” I tried looking to see if it has a more common name, but the most specific description I could find of it is “smoked goat cheese.” ([Here’s WholeFoods’ listing for it.](https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/product/mitica-smokin-goat-cheese-b07yftkyyt))
Is there a more exact name I could use to refer to (something like) this? If not, would anyone happen to have suggestions for things like it?
