    It’s a nice concept and executed quite well.

    Fun tip, get a spinning cake wheel and you can center and stabilize your dropper and avoid those little variances in spacing if you want to improve that.

  2. I think it looks good. I feel like you are shooting for a very clean elegant look. With that being said if you are plating at this levle I personally would like to see more balance with the colors of the dish. Brown orzo brown craclkin brown sauce barely any green. I would honestly change the sauce to somthing brighter to make your orzo pop more.

  3. This is wonderful – If anything at all maybe a singular component of brighter color but that’s nitpick.

    The bowl is also cute.

    I like. It’s hard to execute geometry and symmetry. The dots aren’t perfect but the imperfection doesn’t throw me off as much as some other plates I see.

    Looks really good.
