Hello cheesy friends! I have decided to try getting into cheese and bought this delicious brillat-savarin at the grocery store today (my only rationale was that it looked creamy, I knew nothing about this type of cheese prior). Please provide me with your best recommendations on cheeses to try next! I know that I like soft cheeses the most and I’d prefer them to be vegetarian (ie non-animal rennet) if possible, though not an absolute requirement. Thanks! 🧀
