Decided to have a little night-in cheese date with the wife, mostly not super fancy except the baked Brie with caramelized honey and seedless raspberry preserves. On the far left is apricot wensleydale, top middle is honey goat cheese. Honestly, I’ve never had baked Brie before and it’s somehow even better than unbaked! She was super impressed as well!
