    Nice, but sorta looks like a crime scene. The steak was murdered and someone wanted it to look like it slipped on and asparagus and potato whilst eating a piece of caramel.

    This is….a really really bad plating job. Like…..D- at best.

    If youre going to mention fondant potato, which is an amazing side….it shouldn’t literally be 2 pieces…. just inagine you read a menu and saw “hashbrowns” or “potatoes au gratin” and got 2 pieces…I understand you’re not going for a massive portion here but….my goodness where is the rest of the potato?

    The asparagus is……unbelievably bizarre. I’ve never seen 2 pieces of asparagus used for a dish and somehow split into 5 pieces?

    The mash looks flat. Also, a small plate, why 2 different potatoes?

    The steak is unevenly cooked and the piece on the right looks like a crime scene. It should be the highlight and at the forefront of a picture, focusing on a nice sear and an even, colorful center.

    Don’t get discouraged, dont stop, but take advice. Looking forward to see your future work!

    I get what you wanted to show with this plate, the meat looks really good and the two ways potatoes makes a great difference between textures. Very rustic and simple just respecting the ingredients. 8.5/10 I would eat it no doubt
