That definitely looks like Shropshire Blue
The one on the left looks like a smoked cheese and it looks like you have a bloomy ash rind chèvre, I’d say it’s Bouche du Poitou but I don’t know that to have ash, over in the right corner

Yeah I was coming to say Shropshire blue, the red Leicester/ Double Gloucester of blue cheeses
Out family came to to decision this year that we are sick of stilton and Shropshire Blue is superior. Stilton is just too crumbly for a cheese board, it’s just a cooking ingredient for me.
