I try to make my dad’s cheese ball recipe from memory every Xmas

I made a tiny one for us and the bigger ones are for my neighbors.

– cream cheese

– extra sharp cheddar

– blue cheese

– Worcestershire sauce

– red pepper flakes

– fresh parsley

– toasted pecans

It’s pretty simple but hard to get the ratio right.
