I’m unsure from these photos if this your own plating or whether you’re just posting something you ate. It looks like the latter to me? But just in case it’s actually your own plating:
The first photo looks incredibly unappetizing. I’m sure it tastes great, but it evokes too much of raw egg yolk.
How do you prevent your customers breaking the shell? It looks like there’s a piece of shell on the holder as well, so it doesn’t give the most confidence.
The second photo looks delicious, though quite rustic in plating. Some more care to make sure the asparagus isn’t going off the plate would be good. I think the portion size is too big for this plate size

That eggshell being used like that is a no go for me. There’s a lot of small vessels that can be used in a far more hygienic way.
Second photo. Take half the food off it. It looks like you went to a buffet that only allows one plate per person.
Also, when plating a steak. General rule of thumb is if there’s a fatty side, it gets plated toward the centre of the plate. So that your first cut/bit isn’t all fat or gristle.
Flavour wise, it all sounds great and I’d very happily eat and enjoy it. Just the plating and portions could do with a tweak
