    Really proud of you! I have your before body, and I never imagined I could look as good as your after body. I keep trying and failing diets and exercise. I don’t know what to do to fix it haha

  5. 1,500 most days is the key. Today i ate 3,000 but i sometimes do this so i can fast the next day. I sometimes want a bigger sized day of eating and fasting is pretty easy for me.
