    Sounds like a delicious pairing, and your plating is really lovely. I think the plate may be a tad large if I’m being nitpicky, but I would be very happy to order this.

  2. It looks good, but just for me I’d like more green…maybe arugula? Just something for more balance. I think the bitterness would help cut thru the sweetness?

    Looks lovely! I would order it/enjoy it because I’m intrigued. Off topic, but nice plate…Who is the maker, if you don’t mind my asking? I also second the arugula/microgreen situation. I’m always down with more greens 😉

    What are the brownish curled dry looking things? Skins? Fruit leather?

  5. I kind of wish the strawberries were pickled, just so theyd have that deep red translucent color. As is its gorgeous but it looks like most of the work was spent on plating, with most of the elements themselves being raw and fairly unprocessed

    Some sort of a ‘leather ‘ of the fruit under it. A base. Make it pop better. Also will off set the plain Jane
