It looks good, but just for me I’d like more green…maybe arugula? Just something for more balance. I think the bitterness would help cut thru the sweetness?

I kind of wish the strawberries were pickled, just so theyd have that deep red translucent color. As is its gorgeous but it looks like most of the work was spent on plating, with most of the elements themselves being raw and fairly unprocessed

Some sort of a ‘leather ‘ of the fruit under it. A base. Make it pop better. Also will off set the plain Jane
