    Love it. Definitely taking some inspiration. Also thinking maybe sear the potato on one side? Put that creamed chard on a napkin before the plate and cut halfway into the kohlrabi and fold it into a flower shape? That’s the style I was taught, and the only things I would personally do but it looks great as is.
