I don’t even know the name of the cheese, I just know it’s goat’s cheese and it’s hard. Went on holiday to the Gran Canaria, Spain and I loved this particular cheese, it seemed to be everywhere. When I bought it, it was coated in paprika but now it’s turned out like this. I peeled it off the cheese and inside it’s clear.
