Hi everyone. Followed my last post that I got some nice cheese in a cheese plate but not sure what’s that. Unfortunately at that time I was not able to take a clear photo.
But today I saw something via social media, looks very similar to what I had (circled one).
From my memory, the rind looks like Manchego and the inside tastes and looks like a blue cheese. It’s salty, creamy.
I don’t really feel it could be a kind of Stilton, since it’s not crunchy. When I had it, I can easily spread it on a cracker.
Do you know what’s it?
