Looks like a semi-hard swiss-type cheese. Could be anything resembling that.
It looks like Morbier without the ash.
Kind of looks like Reading, from Spring Brook Farm. Could also be a raclette. Where did it come from?
Could be a Tomme, but there are just so many varieties.
