im conflicted, this looks REALLY delicious, i would love to try it 🙂 but the Wellington being off center looks a bit awkward though? maybe plate it on the cut side next time? it might just be the angle of the photo
and TBH the garnish kind of makes the whole thing look like an abstract representation of donald trump
