Aside from eating it on crackers, I was thinking about avocado toast or stuffed chicken breast. Any other ideas?

  1. Salad topper with the extra oil used in a vinaigrette would be my first go to other than straight up bread. Could use it as a spread on a sandwich too maybe

Maybe stir it through some borlotti or cannellini beans and leeks just before serving

Urfa and lemon soft cheese? That’s getting eaten long before it makes it to a dish.

Tell me this is an old picture because they stopped making that cheese last year….

    Unless they brought it back?

On a salad or smeared on baguette šŸ„–

  8. Crusty bread, something already Greek and, or Italian inspired. Falafel, tomatoes, gyro, etcetera.

  9. I would cut up some ciabatta, drizzle the oil on it, grill it and then smear the cheese on it, delicious!

Roast it at 450 with some cherry tomatoes and the oil. Eat with bread or dump on pasta.

  11. I spread it on bread, crackers, put it on eggs, anything that would be good with cheese and olive oil, I add it!

What’s the expiration date and how long has the seal been opened?
It looks like sandwich spread or for crackers.

    Goat cheese?

    Directly. Into. The Trash.

I’m sorry, but goat cheese tastes like a goat pen smells. Like a goat’s ass.

I’ve tried to like it again and again. I’m done trying.
