This looks delicious! By coral cake, do you just mean the little tuiles? Are they flavored or just for texture?

All it needs is some sort of garnish of an opposing color to make all the blue and turquoise pop. Everything on here is super well composed but it’s muted because it’s all the same or similar color

Not sure if it’s your camera or the colors themselves, but they are unsettling. Otherwise, plating is nice.
