She also said you can’t get it in the US. I saw the label when she was cutting it to share with me and it said “Tierno”.

I googled it and found that wasn’t true but I also didn’t see one that looked exactly like the one she shared with me (in red wax, she cut it from a ball of cheese). It’s super delicious!

If I get another brand will it taste the same and have a rich flavor?

  1. Cadí Tierno comes from the Catalonian Pyrenees, not Switzerland. If it’s Tierno, it’s Spanish cheese.
