    Not this brand but I’ve had an aged brick. If you like washed rind cheeses you probably like it.

    I have not tried this. I just feel like asserting that there is a 100% possibility that those stickers have been applied in a humorous way.

    Cheesemonger here- yes. It is in fact stinky, and the stickers are not in jest.
    Mild brick cheese is extremely popular in making Detroit style pizza, and it’s a fad right now. The stickers serve as a good way to let people know what they are getting into before they just grab a chunk without doing any research.

  4. Grew up near here and yes, it is wonderful. It’s not Limburger stinky, but similar.

    Growing up we would only have Limburger sandwiches outside because the smell was *too* strong, but the flavor was great. Made it a summer only treat.
