It sounds like something I’d want to eat but it plates a little busy for my tastes. Too much dill and cream cheese, you are hiding the star. Your purée needs to be smoother.

Looks delicious, in my opinion it’s a little heavy on the dill, hides the focal point – otherwise great work!

I see this, and is so little that i think is almost impossible that it have all that lol 🤣🤣

It looks like a lot of effort went into this and it looks nice overall, but I do think the puree could be smoother. I’d lose the diced squash as well, it kind of makes it look like the puree got messed up and the cuts are really messy. Salad looks great though and the flavors sound really nice together.

How does the fried dill compare to something like fried sage or basil? Very curious. Does it get crispy? What about frying one frond?

The dish sounds good but the plating is not what it could be. Start looking at Michelin restaurant plating
