Antennae really turn people off, for better or worse. Reminds people of insects, which even though they’re related, it just isn’t a great thought for your average customer. I’d probably lose that for starters. The plating of the sauce is also not very appetizing.

Lots of brown, flowers help the color but I feel it needs some green personally. I agree I think the sauce is to heavy on the plate. Maybe less sauce and a little thinner it seems pretty thick. Also the antenna is a turn off. I see what you where going for and by no means is this a terrible dish, just some constructive criticism
