PersistingWill on April 27, 2023 8:21 pm I love octopus. But, IMO, it’s best as a light, more deconstructed dish. The best octopus I ever had was plated as just a few cross sections of tentacle with very little on the plate. Yes, it was like damn. 💰 💰 💰 Until I tasted it. Totally worth it.
