I’m only an expert in watching foodie shows and eating tasty food lol so my opinion may not mean much, but i think your plate looks awesome. The appearance is nice and symmetrical, yet full of different shapes and textures. That pop of red color just really sets it off, and I agree that some gel dots would take it next level. This is the first one of these I have ever commented on because on top of the plating, this combination of flavors sounds like it would be an epic taste experience. I feel slightly depressed at the thought that I can’t just put this in my mouth lol.

This sounds amazing! Don’t listen to me really because I have no idea what I’m talking about but I feel this could do with some other bright colours to make it really pop. Orange peel? Mint? White choc drizzle? Not sure but regardless well done it’s really nice 🙂
